Obesity in the United States has reached a critical level with over 50% of adults considered overweight or obese. Obesity is one of the fastest growing diseases in this country. This campaign was created to raise awareness and inspire behavioral change. Our strategy was to raise the public's awareness of the hundreds of small steps, easily incorporated into everyday life, that can help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
